Main Article Content
Abstract
The contemporary scenario of international security marked by the uncertainty and instability typical of amoment of transition in the order represents a challenge of considerable magnitude for the states of the periphery of the international system that, in addition, must face the particular intensity that domestic conditions acquire. Based on R. Wilson’s concept of public policies, in conjunction with an intermestic theoretical view of Foreign Policy and without losing sight of the specificity of the security problem in peripheral states, this article proposes to analyze how the international security scenario of the 21st century has been managed by the government of Alberto Fernandez considering the influence of domestic conditions. To this end, a qualitative approach is used, which is reflected in a scheme of four sections.
