Abstract
La intención de este trabajo es explicar las nuevas fases de tensión que han surgido en relación de Rusia con los EE.UU., la UE y la OTAN. Hoy en día la política exterior rusa tiene en cuenta el realismo político en particular en sus relaciones con los EE.UU. Rusia se ha venido fortaleciendo como una gran potencia a causa de la gestión de petróleo y gas, la producción de nuevas armas y tecnología militar. Por lo tanto, Rusia trata de recuperar su posición como una gran potencia en el mundo; esto generó divergencias entre los intereses de los gobiernos de América y Rusia en términos de la seguridad mundial.
