The current issue of Revista Enfoques brings together research on political economy, public policy, and international relations in Latin America. It addresses topics ranging from state‑owned enterprises, privatization, and state control, and political transformation in Mexico under the Fourth Transformation (4T), to neoliberal economic policy in that country and perceptions of the international system in Argentine foreign policy in the face of systemic change. It also examines budgetary incrementalism in the Chilean central government, providing evidence for the period 2012–2021.
