Abstract
El presente ensayo se propone analizar el concepto de poder en el momento "genealógico" de la obra de Michel Foucault, para perfilar algunos rasgos de lo que el autor entiende por política. La noción del poder es delineada mediante un contraste con la visión tradicional en el pensamiento político, para luego adentrarse en las categorías usadas en su analítica del poder. Finalmente, se entregan unas notas sobre el concepto de política de Foucault.
