Abstract
Las formas o modalidades que la corrupción puede revestir son variadas y su enumeración taxativa podría ser una tarea imposible. Sin embargo, es posible tipificar algunas clases de corrupción. Entre ellas se puede establecer una clasificación entre Corrupción Externa, cuando hay una interacción visible entre el funcionario público y un particular que tiene un interés comprometido en la perpetración de la actividad ilícita; y Corrupción Interna, cuando la actividad ilícita se da al interior de la estructura estatal sin que sea identificable claramente un tercero externo que participe directamente en la perpetración de la conducta"¦
