Abstract
A efectos de comprender la realidad política actual en el Perú es imprescindible remontamos algunos años en el pasado para tener una idea más completa de lo sucedido. Es por esta razón que este documento ha sido dividido en tres grandes capítulos. El primero de ellos está dedicado a la década fujimorista. Ahí se repasan a grandes rasgos los niveles de autoritarismo y el control de las instituciones públicas y los entes de poder.
