Abstract
Producto de un inacabado ballotage, Néstor Kirchner debe ensayar la legitimidad de su poder a partir de un 22% del electorado. Para ello cuenta con dos grandes talentos: por un lado una extraordinaria capacidad para decodificar el sentir general frente al derrumbe del país y por otro lado una no menos extraordinaria desinhibición para ejercer una autoridad rayana en arbitrariedad. Dice lo que la gente quiere escuchar o la gente quiere escuchar lo que él dice.
