Abstract
Este trabajo tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre el capital informacional en la gestión pública. Para ello, lo dividimos en tres partes. La primera de ella está dedicada a una revisión de la nueva lectura de la administración pública, analizando los elementos fundamentales que inspiran las nuevas corrientes de la gestión pública basada en red. En la segunda parte del trabajo se hace hincapié en la gestión del conocimiento en el marco del gobierno. Y finalmente, en la tercera parte, se hace una reflexión del capital o red informacional como componente institucional clave para entender la gestión pública moderna.
