Los derechos de las niñas y niños peruanos en Chile: La infancia como un nuevo actor migratorio

Abstract
En este artículo se reflexiona sobre la participación infantil y el ejercicio de derechos de las niñas y los niños peruanos en los procesos migratorios de sus familias hacia Santiago de Chile. S e parte de la doble comprensión teórico-política como "sujetos de derechos" y "actores sociales" en las prácticas cotidianas a nivel familiar, escolar, comunitario y de la sociedad en general. Considerando los elementos del contexto social de las migraciones actuales hacia Chile, se analizan los discursos infantiles a la luz de los derechos y exclusiones respecto a la educación, la discriminación y la reunificación familiar.
