El quiebre Institucional chileno de 1973. Una aproximación desde el derecho político

Abstract
Este trabajo intenta una aproximación al quiebre institucional de Chile en 1973, desde la concepción jurídica del fenómeno "revolución" elaborada por Hans Kelsen, como asimismo, desde la distinción entre destrucción y suspensión de la Constitución, y entre dictadura soberana y dictadura comisoria, en la terminología de Carl Schmitt. Finalmente se defiende la tesis de que el quiebre institucional se caracteriza a partir de la destrucción de la Constitución democrática liberal de 1925, como un fenómeno revolucionario que dio origen a una dictadura soberana.
