Abstract
El ensayo argumenta que los factores culturales son claves a la hora de diseñar y gestionar organizaciones públicas. Se analizan los "demonios" culturales específicos de Chile y se especula sobre un mecanismo de generación de estos basado en la baja autoestima, postulada como el "demonio" fundamental de la sociedad chilena. Se propone, finalmente, la superación de estas sociopatologías a través de la adaptación y utilización de nuevas tecnologías humanizantes del management.
