Abstract
Las relaciones entre Chile y Perú se han visto marcadas los últimos seis años por la demanda peruana ante la Corte Internacional de Justicia, solicitando una delimitación marítima diferente de la vigente. El presente artículo contiene reflexiones sobre una demanda, que a juicio de este autor, tenía por objeto la redelimitación de la frontera marítima, así como la defensa chilena, las posturas presentadas por ambos países en la fase escrita y oral ante la Corte y las consecuencias de este fallo.
