El Soft Power chino. Un acercamiento

Abstract
El presente artículo explica el concepto de soft power que se encuentra en boga en el ámbito de las relaciones internacionales, y procede a explicar cómo la República Popular de China hace uso de este concepto en su política exterior en general, y cómo opera para América Latina en particular, a partir de los diferentes componentes del soft power aplicados al comportamiento chino, tales como (i) la cultura, en la medida en que atrae a otros, (ii) la política exterior y (iii) los valores políticos.
