Aim and Scope

Revista Enfoques: Ciencia Política y Administración Pública (RECPyAP) is a biannual academic journal (July and December), published since 2003 by the Faculty of Economics, Government, and Communications at the Universidad Central de Chile. Its aim is to promote interdisciplinary analysis of political, social, and legal phenomena, with particular attention to dynamics of power, institutions, and governance.

Addressed to scholars and practitioners, the journal publishes original research articles and reviews of both national and international scope, covering areas such as Political Science, Public Administration, Political History, Political Economy, Public Law, Political Philosophy, and International Relations.

Funding Model

Revista Enfoques: Ciencia Política y Administración Pública (RECPyAP) is funded and published by the Faculty of Economics, Government, and Communications at the Universidad Central de Chile. The journal does not charge any fees for submission, review, or publication of articles, thereby ensuring open access to all published content.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which permits use, distribution, and adaptation for both academic and commercial purposes, provided that the original source is properly cited.

The journal maintains an institutional funding model and does not rely on commercial advertising or sponsorship that could compromise editorial independence, thereby ensuring transparency, accessibility, and the ethical circulation of scientific knowledge.
